As part of the registration process, customers must:

  1. Complete Account Setup – Provide all required information in the Brightwheel application.
  2. Attach a Valid Electronic Payment Method – A credit card or bank account must be linked to the customer’s Brightwheel account for automatic billing of all tuition and fees.

Please note:

  • Services will not be provided until registration is complete and an active payment method is attached.
  • Automatic billing ensures timely payments and uninterrupted services.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain current and valid payment information on file at all times.

By registering in Brightwheel and attaching a payment method, customers agree to the terms of automatic billing for all charges associated with their account.
