Q.) What age range do you allow?

A.) We support K - 6 students in the program.

 

Q.) What is the cost?

A.) We charge our customers $11 per hour.

 

Q.) Do you charge by the minute?  Hour?  Day?

A.) Customers are billed for one hour minimum.  After that, we bill every 1/2 hour.

Example:  Your child is dropped off in the AM for 20 minutes.   You will be billed for 1 hour ($11.00).

Example:  Your child comes in the afternoon from 3:15PM to 5:00PM.  They are onsite 1 hour + 45 minutes.  You will be billed for 2 hours ($22.00).

 

Q.) Are you open on holidays or school vacation days?

A.) No

 

Q.) Do I have to sign up for Brightwheel & electronic payments?

A.) Yes.  This is a mandatory requirement for all customers.  This ensures that the Southwick Rec Center receives payments in a timely fashion.

 

Q.) Do you offer a summer program?

A.) We are investigating what it will take to do this for the Summer of 2026.
